David and Zach combine their knowledge and expertise to make a perfect team of instructors for the trainees that attend Primal's scientific cross training boot camp. Ordinary boot camps are filled with repetitive movements with no real goal in mind and no real science behind the workouts; ordinary boot camps are designed for primarily one reason, to burn calories. While you will burn many calories in the scientific cross training boot camp, the program is designed to incorporate flexibility, strength, balance and stability, power, endurance, core conditioning, postural alignment as well as proper breathing technique. If not all of these things are being incorporated into your workout then you are not training to be an inefficient athlete.

Always remember, if you are not having fun with your workout and fun with fitness then you need to find another program to be doing.
