Myofascial Yoga & Mobility Classes at Primal are some of our most challenging classes.
All classes are led by David Gentile, who put this program together to help people truly understand how the body works as a single, interconnected unit. David combines the principles of joint mobility and fascial lengthening to build tensional integrity in the body.
In these classes, you will learn to breathe properly, to brace properly, and how you can heal injuries through proper lengthening of the fascial system. David teaches how the fascia connects the entire human structure together and how you must be able to keep this tissue long and malleable to be truly mobile, flexible, and strong.
