Strength Camp

For the last five years Primal has been fueled by the fat this program has burned! This is Primal’s cornerstone fitness program which has improved hundreds of lives and destroyed countless pounds. Primal Strength Camp is a strength and conditioning class which operates under the principle that strength is the most important baseline to develop in any fitness program. With that in mind, all other facets of fitness are also incorporated including power, endurance, flexibility and posture. Primal Strength Camp has proven to be successful in developing both athletes and those who are looking for a safe effective way to get strong, lean, and healthy.
