Andrew has been a coach at Primal since the beginning. He leads 90% of our boot camp classes and expects nothing less than 100% effort from his clients. He started at an early age playing sports and fell in love with health and fitness. Andrew continued to expand his education through mentoring under many leaders in the fitness industry and attaining multiple certifications that he considers critical to his abilities as a coach. He continues to further his education daily, saying, “If I consider myself a master, then I will cease to be a student.”
Andrew excels at teaching proper technique with kettle bells, power lifting, and Olympic lifting. He has recently fallen in love with corrective exercise therapy and continues to help people with injuries every day.
