David Gentile

David’s clients are a testament to his success. Since he opened Primal Athletic Performance in 2010, he has helped countless men, women, and teens meet and exceed their health and fitness goals. He is dedicated to finding the best in each of his clients and helping them to become healthier, fitter, and ultimately happier.

David has several professional certifications, but he never stops learning. He believes life is better learned, and he continues to pursue further knowledge in fitness and holistic wellness every day. When you work with David, you too will become a student of the human body and mind. David believes that pushing yourself beyond your physical limits enables you to more easily break your mental barriers and overcome other obstacles in life.

Along with fitness and whole health lifestyle training, David is an expert in core and back function, proper spinal alignment, and postural analysis and function. David has developed The Primal Scientific Cross Training Program, a no-holds barred training style, and Primal Myofascial Stretching which will change the way you look, the way you feel, and ultimately your entire life.
