Josh has completed four sprint triathlons, including the CB&I triathlon twice. He began his teaching career working with kids, teens and adults as a swim coach where he found joy in helping people grow their skills and confidence. He sees personal fitness training as a significant opportunity to help people improve and heal. He has struggled with Lyme disease in the past and knows how a chronic illness can disrupt your life. This has instilled a holistic outlook in his approach to fitness–not just strength but health.
