Mary has been passionate about learning, creating and leading since childhood. She thoroughly enjoys meeting new people and considers everyone a potential friend. Spending years in dance and assorted sports beginning at the age of 4, she was always looking for new ways to challenge herself. As an adult she grew to appreciate what strong physical fitness could do for the body and mind. Always willing to try something new she enjoys swimming, cycling, running, yoga, hiking and most of all weight lifting. Her try it all attitude led her to participate in the BP MS 150, a charity bike ride from Houston to Austin, for 4 out of the past 6 years; personally raising over 3,000 dollars for MS research.
She has acquired a variety of certifications over the last decade, but her impulsive quest to heal others is only one part of what makes her the kind of trainer that she is; the other part being her love for her clients. Her purpose in life is to inspire people to find their inner strength both mentally and physically. In all things Mary does she seeks to influence others to be the very best versions of themselves. She truly cares for each and every one of her clients deeply and makes it her personal goal to see that they all feel their absolute best. Mary believes that every challenge in life is an opportunity for personal growth and that even in the most seemingly mundane places one is able to find beauty if only they choose to seek it. When you see her don’t be afraid to say hello, most likely she’ll beat you to the punch!
